GRP Australia supplies fully customised FRP pultruded profiles to meet our customers’ specifications and requirements. The properties of glass fibre reinforced polymer pultruded sections can be modified to suit the application by varying the resin types, additive and reinforcing. Custom made FRP Profiles can be used in a vast number of applications and are a cost-effective alternative to traditional products, including steel, aluminium and timber.

Custom Profile Die Costs & Quotation Requirements
Dies for custom profiles typically cost between $3,000 – $6,000, depending on the size & complexity of the profiles. In order to provide a quotation for the die & product manufacturing cost, we require a scaled drawing of the profile and an estimate of the total linear meters required. It is also best to provide details of its intended use so we can assess its suitability and/or provide suggested improvements; however, we understand that this information may be confidential.
